Suffed Green Pepper Soup

1 lb ground beefone red peppertwo green pepperstwo cans tomato saucetwo cans diced tomatos1 can V86 beef bouillon cubes1 cup brown rice
Saute ground turkey and red and green peppers until turkey is cooked.
In large pot combine turkey and peppers with two cans of tomato sauce and two cans of diced tomatoes, V8 and 6 beef bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
While soup is cooking, prepare 1 cup of rice.
After 30 minutes peppers should be tender, add rice, stir and serve.
