Kraft Meatloaf (Jumbo Meatball Recipe)

Ingredients
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken1/2 cup hot water1 egg1/4 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing1 lb. lean ground beef1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/3 cup ketchup
Directions


HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COMBINE first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add meat and cheese; mix well. Shape into 8 (2-inch) meatballs. (or cook as meatloaf like I do)

PLACE on greased baking sheet; spread with ketchup.

BAKE 30 min. or until done (160ºF).
