Crockpot Tofu & veggies with Masala sauce

Ingredients
*1 pack Trader Joe's extra firm organic tofu, drained, pressed & cut into cubes*1 package Trader Joe's Hodgepodge froze vegetables*1 cup Trader Joe's Masala Simmer Sauce*1/2 cup water*1 TBSP coconut oil
Directions
Heat TBSP of coconut oil in non-stick pan. When hot, add tofu cubes. I like to have a crispy outer on mine, so I leave them to get golden brown before I turn them.

While tofu cooks, combine masala sauce & water in bowl, stir to mix. Once tofu is done to your liking, remove from heat & put into crockpot. Add veggies & masala sauce mixture; stir to coat.

Cook on low heat for 3-4 hours.
