Cookless Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 15 ounce can rinsed and drained white beans4 medium green onions, chopped small2 Tbsp of lemon juice2 Tbsp of olive oil1 Pint of grape tomatoes cut in half
Directions
Simply rinse, cut, stir and enjoy! It takes best chilled but not necessary. This recipe makes 4 - 1 C servings. It's a great make ahead packable item for lunches at work and also makes a great side dish.
