Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1/2 whole chicken breast, skinned and deboned2 c. chopped carrots3 stalks celery chopped1/2 larg onion chopped6 cups fat free chicken broth/stock2 cups chopped green cabbagesalt & pepper to tasteBeau Monde to taste
Directions
Cook chicken breast in chicken broth. When cool enough to handle chop into cubes. Add rest of ingredients to soup pot with broth and chicken and boil until veggies are done. Add salt & pepper to taste.

I divided this into 5 equal portions, did not measure the amounts.
