Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1.25 lbs ground turkey1 onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped1 tsp olive oil1 28 oz can diced tomato, drained1 28 oz can tomato puree2 12 oz cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 12oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained2 1/2 Tbs Chili powderpinch cayenne pepper
Directions
Brown turkey, onion and pepper in 1 tsp olive oil, then drain. Add in tomatoes, beans and chili powder. Simmer slowly for 30 minutes to an hour. Check for seasoning and serve!
