South Beach phase 1 mock cake

Ingredients
Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 48 tsp (remove)nonfat dry milk, .25 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Put all of the above in your processor and beat for 2-5 minutes. The batter will be thin but smooth. Bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes. Cut into 8 servings. Store in refrigerator. I actually think it was better the next day though it can be served warm too.
