Deer/Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 package turkey sausage1 16 ounce package deer meat2 eggs1 glove of garlicDash of pepper
Directions
Mix meats together. I have chosen turkey breakfast sausage so I do not need to add more spices which typically add more salt. Then add garlic and pepper, mix well.
Finally beat two eggs and then add eggs to meat.
Next with mini muffin pan section meat out into meat balls, will make 32 mini meat balls, however make more if you would like portions to be smaller, or have less calories per serving.
