2 chicken breast - cut into bite sized pieces2 tbsp EVOO1 can of diced tomatoespinch of saltsome peppergarlic salt1 clove garlicfew tbsp of onion4 tbsp of basil1 tbsp butter2oz tequila
heat EVOO in pan, add onion and garlic cook until translucent. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Cook about 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is about 75% done. Add the rest of the ingredients except butter. Cook until chicken is completely cooked. Turn heat off then add butter. Serve once butter is melted.
