Turkey Spagetti Casserole

Ingredients
2 Cups Whole Wheat Pasta cooked8 ozs 99% fat free Turkey Breast1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes unsalted1 medium bunch brocolli pureed in tomatoes1 cup Cheddar Cheese4 TBSPs Carrots grated1 TBSP Basil1 TBSP Oregan1 tsp Garlic minced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook pasta according to directions, when done drain and set aside.
Saute turkey in olive oil until cooked well, add carrots and garlic and saute until carrots are wilted.
Add tomatoe/brocolli puree, herbs and simmer for 15 to 20 mins.
Combine pasta and meat sauce with 3/4 cups cheese and place in a cassole dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 mins or until bubbling and cheese is golden brown.
