Rice with chicken and shrimp

Ingredients
4 cups of cooked white rice2 boneless skinless chicken breast1 lb shrimp cooked1 med onion1 12 oz bag of microwaveable frozen corn1 12 oz bag of microwaveable frozen mixed vegetables1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes1/4 cup soy sauce1/2 cup waterseasonings to taste
Directions
Microwave frozen corn and mixed vegetables. Cut up chicken into bite-sized chunks. Lightly season to taste and cook in large pan. While cooking chicken, dice onion. Remove chicken when done and cook the onion until tender. Remove onion. If shrimp is cold or frozen heat in the pan with the water and add the soy sauce and any additional seasonings. Add can of tomatoes, corn, and mixed vegetables. After the mixture starts to bubble around the edges, add the chicken and onions. After everything is heated through, start stirring in the cooked rice a little at a time until it's all in. Turn the heat down on low to keep from scorching. Cook until everything is heated thru out.
