10 oz spinach fresh or frozenpie crust ready to bake4 eggs3 scallions6 oz feta6 oz cottage cheese 1 % 3 oz light cream or half & half3 tbs olive oil2 tsp chopped garlicblack pepper 1/4 tsp dried oregano1/8 tsp dried basil
saute spinach, scallion and garlic in olive oil,
beat eggs, cream, cheeses, oregano, pepper and basil together. Then add spinach mixture.
pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes or until done.
