Ingredients
2 CarrotsFennel 1 Onion2 tsps Granulated Sugar
Directions
Chop all veggies into large chunks and place in saucepan with a small amount of water. Season with salt and spoon the sugar over the veggies. If you like, you may add a few sprays of olive oil. braise lightly for about 8 minutes. enjoy as a side dish with Grilled salmon steak.
