Nutty Vegetable Marinade

Ingredients
1 T. chunky Almond butter (can substitute other nut butters like peanut butter.1 T Braggs Liquid Aminos (can substitute soy sauce or tamari)1 T. waterHot pepper sauce or hot pepper flakes to taste, as desired
Directions
Mix Braggs or soy sauce, water and nut butter until well blended. Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes as desired.

Pour over steamed veggies during the last two minutes of cooking. Try this with fresh green beans or a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Also try it with tofu chunks.

Eat as is or pour over your favorite rice or other grain.

The amounts are for three servings. You may want to increase quantity if pouring over grains to have some for a sauce.
