Ingredients
Grilled Chicken BreastOlive OilOld El Paso Taco SeasoningLettuceCottage Cheese (2%)Cherry Tomatoes
Directions
Cut one thawed chicken breast (no skin) into cubes
Cook in frying pan of 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
Add 1-2 tsp. of Taco Seasoning along with 1-2 tsp. water
Stir to cover chicken in seasoning. Then set aside or on low-burner

Layer 1/2 Cup of Lettuce in bowl
Add chicken
1 Cup Tomatoes
1 Cup Cottage Cheese

Makes one serving.
