Venison Stroganoff

1 - 2 lbs ground venison1 large can of FF or Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom soup1C FF sour cream1C sliced mushrooms1/4C minced onion1 pkg whole wheat egg noodles3T Worchestire saucesalt and pepper to taste
Brown venison in skillet with worchestire sauce, mushroom and onions.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles as directed.
Once meat is browned and the vegetables are tender, slowly stir in soup and sour cream.
Let simmer on low heat stirring frequently. Mixture will start to bubble when heated through.
Serve over egg noodles.
Sugar snap peas accompany this dish nicely.
