Homemade Kale and Sausage Soup

Ingredients
Kale, 2 cups, chopped Potato, DicedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Onions, 1 cup, choppedChicken Broth, 4 cups (8 fl oz) (Low fat preferred)Turkey Smoked Sausage, 4 serving Diced Tomatoes, 2 cups
Directions
Dice carrots and onions, saute in stock pot with 2 T. Olive Oil until tender.
Slice smoked sausage into 1/4 inch rounds, add to pot and brown lightly.
Dice potato, add to pot with canned diced tomatoes, with juice, and chicken broth. Add chopped kale.
Season to taste.
Simmer 30-40 minutes until potatoes and carrots are tender.
