Ingredients
3 Roma tomatoes1 Slicing tomato1/2 Medium Onion2 Jalapeno Peppers1/2 Anaheim or Poblano Pepper1 Tbs Fresh Cilantro1/3 Tomato or Vegetable JuiceSweeten to taste
Directions
Course chop tomatoes, onion and one Jalapeno
Fine chop one Jalapeno, and Anaheim, Cilatro
Add to bowl
Add 1/3 cup Tomato Juice
Mix until homogenous
Sweeten to taste

Best if made day before.
