Healthy Enchiladas

Ingredients
6 corn tortillas1-10 oz can Old El Paso Red Enchilada Sauce (med or hot)6 oz. cooked chicken breast, chopped1/4 cup chopped raw onions1/4 cup chopped green peppers6 oz. grated Cabot 75% reduced fat cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour sauce into shallow pan or dish, 7"-8" in diameter. Dip corn tortilla in dish, then lay in pan, and do a second one so they lay side by side. Layer with chicken, onions and peppers, top with a little sauce. Repeat 3 times. Top with remaining sauce and cheese and bake until cheese is very well melted!
