1/2 cup water1/2 cup vanilla soy milk3 Tbs soy creamer1 cup frozen wild blueberries1/4 cup frozen pineapple tidbits (or any other fruit you like)1 scoop Protein powder1 Tbl flax oil (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
