Chocolate Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
.25 c powdered sugar.25 c unsweetened cocoa.75 c granulated sugar3 egg whiles.25 tsp cream of tartar
Directions
Sift first two ingredients, set aside. Whip eggs into soft peaks, add tartar. Whip eggs into stiff peaks, then add granulated sugar 1 T at a time. on high speed. Shif to low speed and slowly add cocoa/sugar mixture until well blended. Place spoonfuls of mixture onto a greased cookie sheet (makes 12 cookies). Cook for 90 minutes, then turn off oven and allow cookies to cool in opened oven for 2 hours. Store up to a week in an airtight container.
