Directions
Tortillas, eggs, white american cheese, southwest blend veggies.
Spray small pan with pam, place on medium heat. Sautee the frozen veggies, until heated through. In separate bowl add 5 egg whites and one whole egg mix well. add to pan after veggies are ready. separate tortillas add cheese. Split cheese in half lay in single file. place cooked egg mixture on topm of cheese.. serve immedicatly ... yummers!
