Cabbage Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 head green cabbage, sliced/shredded6 med potatoes, diced1 cup carrots, shredded or chopped1 bunch green onion, chopped4 tbs butter3 tbs flour1/2 lb ham, chopped2 c chicken broth2 c water2 tbs dill weed, dried2 tbs hickory smoke sauce1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Melt butter. Saute carrots, onions and potatoes. Add flour and cook 2 minutes. Add chicken broth, water, cabbage, ham, dill weed and smoke sauce. Simmer 20 minutes. Yield: 16 1-cup servings.
