this was absolutely wonderful!!! i i resigned to the fact that i would have to give up my fruity-summer drinks, but this taste the same and is super low calorie. i also doubled the ice, but still used a can of soda and 2 tubes of crystal light, and it made 3 servings - even less calories!!! - 4/26/08
