11 Large Eggs.25 cup 2% milk.25 cup grate Romano Cheese.5 cup frozen Aparagus pieces20 yellow bell pepper strips cut into a dice.25 cup chopped onion
Beat eggs and milk together. Mix in seperate bowl remaining ingredients. Use a nonsicky spray if using an uncoated tin. Divide mixute evenly into 12 count muffin tin. Pour egg mixture over veggies. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until done.
