In large baking dish, place the chicken breasts (1 breast per person). Arrange cut potatoes around chicken. Spread condensed soup over top. Sprinkle with the raw carrots, and add water. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for approximately one hour - cut open chicken breast to check if it's done. Soup becomes gravy. Family favorite. Makes 4 servings.
