Fresh Tomato and Pepper Salsa

Ingredients
4 tomato, finely chopped1 green chilli, finely chopped1 red pepper, cored, deseeded, and finely choppedgrated rind and juice of 1 lime2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl. Leave for 10 minutes to infuse, then serve.

Use this salsa as a dip or topping for grilled fish.
