Cabbage Lentil Soup With Chicken

Ingredients
Cabbage, 1 Head ChoppedOnion, 1 medium, chopped1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cubed2 Cups Lentils, dry2 -14 oz cans chicken brothWater2 bay leaves2 tbsp garlic1 tbsp celery salt1 - 29 ounce can tomato sauce1-1lb bag frozen broccoli normandy mix
Directions
1. Chop cabbage, onion and put in stock pot
2. Add chicken broth, chicken, and lentils.
3. Add enough water to cover vegetables
4. Add spices
5. Cook until lentils are done
6. Add tomato sauce and frozen vegatables
7. Cook until all ingredients are done

Makes approximately 20 -2 cup servings
