Sour cream, fat free, 36 grams (remove)Salsa, .75 cup (remove)*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.75 cup (remove)*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 7.5 tsp (remove)*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)*Velveeta light shells and cheese, 4 cup (remove)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare Velveeta Shells and Cheese following basic directions. While pasta is cooking, brown meat; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water to the meat; simmer 5 min.
2. Stir sour cream into prepared past. Spoon half of the pasta mixture into 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of the meat mixture, half of the cheese and the remaining pasta mixture. Cover.
3. Bake 15 minutes; top with salsa and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes.
4. Cut into 6 servings.
