Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 large head lettuce, shredded1 med. onion, chopped3 large tomatoes, chopped1 can sliced black olives16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese1 1/2 lbs. extra lean ground beef1-8oz. bag baked Nacho Doritos, crushed1 pkg. taco seasoning1-2 (8oz.) bottles Russian salad dressing1/2 jar of taco sauce or salsa (optional)
Directions
Brown ground beef with taco seasoning and 1/2 jar salsa. Let cool. Mix together the cut up vegetables. Just before serving toss the vegetables with the ground beef, cheese, crushed Doritos and 1-2 bottles of Russian dressing (depends on how much dressing you like).
Make a large bowl full.
