Arnold Multigrain Bread - 4 Fiber/slice - 4 slicesPacked Pumpkin - 2 cupsEgg Beaters - 1 cupMilk 1% - 2 cupsPumpkin Pie Spice - 1 TBrown Sugar - 1/4 cupSplenda - 1/4 cuprum extract - 1 T
Pam a 7 x 11 glass casserole pan. Dice bread into 3/4 in cubes. Place in bottom of pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 45min to 60 min, until set and it pulls away from the sides.
Cool slightly before serving. I serve with lite coolwhip.
