Mashed Butternut Squash

Ingredients
Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubes (1 squash)Butter, salted, 2 tbspBrown Sugar, 6 tsp packed Nutmeg (dash)Salt to taste.
Directions
Microwave squash 2 min to soften the skin.
Peel squash, cut in half, scoop out seeds, and cut into cubes. Boil in salted water until soft. Drain and mash like potatoes with sugar, nutmeg, and butter. Makes 6 .5 cup sevings.
