5 McVitie's chocolate biscuits400 g FF yogurt cheese350 g Philly low fat cream cheese1/2 C Splenda2 T NN Hot chocolate mix2 T cocoa powder
Break biscuits into crumbs; sprinkle over bottom of a springform pan.
Boil 1/4 C water and dissolve gelatin until clear. Set aside.
Mix yogurt cheese, cream cheese, Splenda, chocolate mix & cocoa powder and mix with an electric mixer. Beat in gelatin mixture until completely blended. Pour over biscuit crumbs and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Make 16 servings.
