Slow Cooker Low Fat Pea Soup

Ingredients
1 LB bag of dried green split peas 11/2 cups diced carrots1 cup diced celery2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp black pepper3 cups collengen inn fat free reduced sodium chickne broth2 servings of 95% fat free cubed ham (Farmland)2 cups of water
Directions
put all ingredients and 2 cups of water in 51/2-qt or larger crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 12 hours until peas are very soft and fall apart. Serve and Enjoy!
