Hamburgers in Low-fat Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef2 cans Cambell's condensed Cream of Mushroom soup-- 98% fat free1 can water1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Directions
Make ground beef into 8 patties. Cook in non-stick skillet until almost not pink remains, flipping once. Drain grease. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mushroom soup, water and soup mix. Pour over hamburgers in pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer 20 min. Makes Serve with potatoes. Makes 8 servings.
