12 oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries (3 cups)1 cup cranberry light juice1/4 cup granulated sugar3/4 cup splenda1 sm can (snack size) mandarines (no sugar added)
In a medium size sauce pan, add the juice & sugars. Bring to a boil, then add the cranberries. cook on a slow boil until they have popped. and reduced down to the thickness you prefer. (about 10-15 minutes) Bring to room temp, then add the DRAINED mandarines. refrigerate. I like to eat this with yogurt. Or use in oatmeal.
