Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour6 tbsp yellow cornmeal6 tbsp sugar1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine the all purpose flour, pastry flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Store in a cool dry place.

This recipe is only dry ingredients, you need to add wet ingredients, but a good recipe to use this in is "Banana Pancakes with Walnut Honey."
