Chicken Barley Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
10 cups water2 cups chicken broth3/4 cup quinoa1/2 cup lentils1/2 cup barley1 small onion2 small carrots1/2 cup celery2 cloves garlic14.5 oz Italian stewed tomatos1 1/2 cup cook chicken, choppedsalt and pepper to tasteItalian seasoning 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp chicken broth seasoning Chop all vegetables or process in food processor. Add all ingredients and bring to a boil, and then simmer for 60 minutes. Makes 12 servings 1 1/2 cups.
