Barley Vegetable soup with Beef Broth

Ingredients
* Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup * *College Inn Organic Beef Broth (99% fat free)(1cup), 4 serving * Green Beans (snap), 2 cups, par cooked * *Mixed Frozen Vegetables - Publix Brand, 170 gram(s) half a bag * *Publix Frozen Vegetable Gumbo, 170 gram(s) half a bag * Sweet potato, 1 cup, cubes par cooked * Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)*Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped *Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
Directions
Boil water, add broth, onion and shallot and barley. Cook for 10 min. Add vegetables and simmer for 30 min. longer. serve.
