Three Bean & Sunflower Loaf

1. Add water to chia about a 4 water to 1 chia ratio.
2. Add lea n perrins to the chia/water mix. Let it sit while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
3. In a food processor (or by hand for the adventurous) coarsely chop the adzuki and white beans. Put in a big mixing bowl.
4. Chop the onions and sunflower seeds until fine. Add to bowl.
5. Mix all the ingredients until blended.
6. Add the flour, and combine again.
7. Add the chia gel mix and combine until well blended.
8. Put in to two loaf pans and pat down.
9. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 min or until done.
(this is a first attempt at this so not sure how it will hold together - should be ok though)
