Beef Barley Lentil Soup (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Sirloin2 cups Red Potato (chopped)1 cup Chopped Onion1 cup Chopped Celery1 cup Chopped Carrots1 cup Lentils1/2 cup Barley1 Can Stewed or Diced Tomatoes2 Beef Bouillion Cubes1 tsp Lemon Pepper
Directions
Place ground sirloin and onion in pan and cook until meat is brown.

Meanwhile, dissolve beef cubes in hot water.

In slow cooker combine all items and add lemon pepper (or other seasoning) to taste.

Cook in slow cooker on Low for 6-8 hours. If you would like to cook on stove top, add 2 cups of water and simmer for 1-2 hours.
