Ingredients
2 cups (4 ounces) thinly sliced green cabbage2 cups (4 ounces) thinly sliced red cabbage1 cup grated carrot1 red bell pepper, julienned into 1" strips2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro + additional for garnishSesame seeds (optional)
Directions
Makes 6 (1 cup) servings

Combine the green and red cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and 2 tablespoons cilantro in a large mixing bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired
