Schmoopie's Indonesian Satay Chicken

Ingredients
1.7 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts diced1 jar Sharwood's Indonesian Satay Sauce4 green onions4 large mushrooms1 tbsp EACH canola oil & sesame oil
Directions
Dice chicken breasts into bite size pieces, do the same with the green onions and mushrooms. Heat both oils in a wok and cook chicken till no longer pink. Add the green onions and mushrooms and cook till fragrant. Add the jar of satay sauce and heat through. Serve over rice or noodles (rice or noodles ARE NOT included in the nutritional info). Makes 3 generous servings.
