Easy Cheesy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, divided into 4, 4oz servings2 Bags Green Giant Steamfresh Cheesy Broc and Rice1 cup Black Beans3oz Cabot 75% reduced fat Cheddar Cheese Block (shredded) 8 tbsp Salsa ( for topping, 2tbsp ea serving)
Directions
*Serving size is 4oz chicken breast and 1 cup rice mixture

-Preheat oven to 350*

-Bake chicken breast for 30 mins in casserole dish

-During last 10 mins of the chicken cooking, Microwave steamfreash bags.

- Remove chicken from casserole, pour rice into the casserole, and mix in black beans.

- Place chicken on top of rice, sprinkle on Cheese and return to oven for 5 mins ( until cheese is melted)

- Top each chicken breast with 2tbsp salsa.
