Vegetarian Black Bean Soup- Batch

Ingredients
-4 cans black beans, rinsed and drained thoroughly (or you can start with 2.5 cups dry beans, soaked and cooked)-3 cups vegetable broth-2 cups salsa (I use homemade, but canned is fine too. Use low salt)-2 tsp cumin
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. (To make it chunkier, you can just combine the ingredients whole or mash up the beans with a fork.)

To serve immediately, heat through. To freeze, put servings into bag or containers and freeze. Thaw and reheat when ready to eat.

Make 8 1-cup servings.
