Ingredients
1 lb cooked bonless, skinless chicken breast (shredded)4 corn tortillas4oz pepper jack cheese (shredded)1 jar (8oz) green salsa1 cup of frozen corn
Directions
layer a baking dish with the corn tortillas
mix together chicken,corn and green salsa
pour mixture over tortillas
top with shredded cheese
back covered at 350 degrees for about 30 min.

    I changed it a little to cook for two (two chicken breasts, used a cup of canned corn) and it was about 520 calories each. I hate, hate cooking, and this was so easy and DELICIOUS. Thank you for sharing. This was my first Spark Recipe!! :) - 1/11/10
