Gluten Free Vegetarian Lasagna

Ingredients
Tinkyada Lasagna Noodles 10 ozRicotta Cheese, fat free 15 ozChunky Marinara 24 ozGarlic cloves 3 mincedOregano 1/2 TBasil 1/2 TTrocomare 1/2 tCrushed Red Pepper 1/2 tSteak Seasoning 1 tEgg 1Mozzarella Cheese, fat free, shredded 16 ozParmesan Cheese, grated 1/3 cup
Directions
Cook lasagna noodles to directions for oven cooking use (usually 2 minutes short of regular). Combine ricotta, garlic, oregano, basil, Trocomare, crushed red pepper, steak seasoning, egg, and Parmesan cheese. Drain and cool noodles. Put a little sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish. Layer noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, mozzarella, then sauce. Top with a layer of noodles, then sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350 F. Remove foil and bake 5 additional minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut and serve.

This tastes great reheated!
