Chocolate Chip Banana Zucchini Bread

Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Baking Soda, 1.5 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Salt, 1 tspEgg, fresh, 4 large Granulated Sugar, .5 cupBrown Sugar, .5 cup, packedApplesauce, unsweetened, .75 cup Banana, fresh, 2 medium - mashedVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Zucchini, 2 c shreddedChipits semisweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cupWalnuts, .5 cup, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.
2. Whisk together flours, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg & salt.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
4. Add the sugars, oil, applesauce, and mashed bananas to the eggs. Mix well.
5. Add the vanilla
6. Combine the wet and dry mixtures. Stir until just combined.
7. Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips (or raisins). Add nuts.
8. Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans (9x5)
9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
