Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Organic Pastry Flour - 1 cup2% Milk - 1.5 cupsCanola Oil - 1 TBSPVanilla Extract - 1 TSPEggs - 2 Large Whole
Mix all ingredients together using a whisk. Lightly spray a crepe pan or small non-stick pan and heat on medium heat. Do not let pan become to hot or your crepes will burn. Pour about a 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of batter into pan, let heat until it looks like all the liquid is not visible. flip the crepe over to cook for only a minute (maybe less depending on your heat source). Roll the crepe or store ona warm plate until the rest are done. You can fill with low-fat cottage cheese or fresh fruit. If you like, you can drizzle a little organic pure maple syrup over the top. Enjoy.
