Chicken Salad with Scallions and yogurt

Ingredients
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions1/4 finely chopped celery1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil2 poached chicken breast halves, cooled & tornSalt PepperLemon Juice
Directions
In a large bowl, stir together the scallions, celery, basil and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in chicken breasts. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve over greens or in a sandwich.
